Copper nuts are important components used in the installation of industrial production equipment, and play an important role in fastening the equipment. According to different equipment, different purposes, the choice of copper nuts may be different.
Take the material of the screw-lift copper nut as an example. The material is generally lead brass. At present, most of the copper nuts sold in the market are copper alloys, and pure copper is rarely used as copper nuts. The advantage of using alloy copper nuts is that they can make up for the shortcomings of copper nuts.

Material selection of copper nuts
Some copper nut manufacturers or users can refer to it.
First, the characteristics of ZCuSn10Pb1 material are high hardness, excellent wear resistance, not prone to seizure, good casting performance and cutting performance, and good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water. It can be used for wear-resistant parts under high load (below 20Mpa) and high sliding speed (8m/s).
Second, the characteristics of ZCuSn10Pb5 material are corrosion resistant, especially for dilute sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and fatty acid. Structural materials, corrosion-resistant and acid-resistant accessories, and crusher bushings and bearings.
Third, ZCuSn10Pb1 has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, is not prone to seizure, has good casting performance and cutting performance, and has good corrosion resistance in the atmosphere and fresh water.
Fourth, ZCuPb10Sn10 has good lubricity, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for bimetal casting materials. Bearings for vehicles, bimetallic bushes for internal combustion engines with a peak load of 100Mpa, as well as piston pin sleeves, friction plates, etc.
Fifth, the material of ZCuZn38Mn2Pb2. It has good mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, good wear resistance, and good cutting performance.
